Signal Hill Telecom Center is a 115,000 SF, multi-tenant, fiber-rich, wholesale data center located at 440 W Kennedy, Orlando, FL 32810. The building has 26-ft ceiling height and is located on the same block as Level (3)'s Orlando carrier hotel. Fiber carriers entering or adjacent to the building include: Verizon, AT&T, Level (3), tw telecom, XO Communications, CenturyLink, FPL FiberNet, Zayo, Summit, Brighthouse, and Tower Cloud. Power is provided to the building by Duke Energy using its 12,470V, 600A primary feed system. Approximately 4,000 kW of backup generation serves the current colocation/cloud service and telecom tenants at the site.
