TelcoSub USA, LLC is planning a submarine cable landing station in Bonita Springs, Florida, as part of the Carnival Submarine Network (CSN-1) initiative. The project involves constructing a buried conduit system from a beach manhole to an inland cable landing station, which will serve as the U.S. entry point for a 4,900 km trans-Pacific submarine cable connecting Florida to Panama and Ecuador.

Designed with environmental considerations, the application submitted to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection details measures to minimize coastal impact, including directional boring beneath vegetated dunes and restoration protocols. The landing station represents a key step in establishing high-capacity, low-latency connectivity between Latin America and the United States, supporting strategic communications and data infrastructure growth across the region.
