NE Edge Dayville is a proposed data center facility located at 125 Alexander Park Way in Dayville, Connecticut. NE Edge LLC acquired a land parcel in the town of Killingly, with plans to develop the site and adjacent parcels into a data center. The town of Killingly approved the sale for approximately $5 million. The project is anticipated to create between 80 to 100 long-term high-paying jobs and 1,500 to 2,000 construction jobs. NE Edge estimates the facility will generate around $165 million in revenue for the town over thirty years. The data center is intended for hyperscale customers, including major tech companies. NE Edge was founded in December 2021 by Thomas Quinn.
