Colorado Colo is a privately owned, carrier-neutral data center platform positioned to capitalize on the rapid growth of high-density compute and AI infrastructure demand. The facility currently operates with approximately 2 MW of power capacity, with significant expansion potential supported by additional utility commitments.

The site serves a mix of enterprise and high-performance computing clients and is strategically evolving from traditional colocation to a high-density, AI-focused infrastructure provider. Existing connectivity includes diverse upstream carriers such as Lumen and Zayo, enabling resilient, low-latency network performance.

Colorado Colo has an established operational footprint with critical infrastructure already in place, including UPS-backed power systems, generator redundancy, and existing 10-inch water infrastructure capable of supporting large-scale cooling expansion. Current plans focus on implementing centralized chilled water and direct-to-chip liquid cooling to enable next-generation AI workloads at higher rack densities (30–50 kW+).

With relatively low current utilization and increasing demand for AI-ready capacity, Colorado Colo is well-positioned to rapidly scale revenue by deploying high-density infrastructure within its existing footprint.
