The T5@Colorado Springs campus is a 64-acre, master-planned data center park located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, primarily at 3233 and 3819 Janitell Rd. Designed to house multiple enterprise and hyperscale facilities, the campus boasts significant power infrastructure, supported by dual, independent on-site substations providing scalable power up to approximately 100MW with N+1/2N UPS redundancy. A key advantage is its utilization of the local climate for free air-cooling for over 90% of the year. The location offers cost efficiencies through low operational power rates and pre-secured zoning and permits. Positioned as a central domestic data relay hub, it aims to reduce latency for nationwide enterprise applications, benefiting from its proximity to the Denver tech corridor. The facility is built to meet stringent compliance standards, including SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and FISMA.
