Prologis San Jose is a planned data center campus located in San Jose, California, on a 159-acre site. The development is set to feature 1.684 million sq ft of data center space across four two-story buildings, with a total capacity of 396MW. Each data center building could offer up to 99MW across 421,100 sq ft. Additionally, the campus will include 785,000 sq ft of manufacturing space in four buildings, each capable of providing up to 25MW, and five on-site substations. The site is adjacent to Highway 237 and benefits from a commitment from PG&E for an initial 250MW of capacity via a dual feed connection from the Los Esteros 230kV substation within 30 to 36 months of a request. Prologis, a major player in industrial real estate, is expanding its data center portfolio with this significant development.
