Equinix, in a joint venture with PGIM Real Estate, is developing a hyperscale data center in Silicon Valley, California. This two-story facility, designated SV12x, will be built in two phases and ultimately deliver 28MW of IT capacity. The first phase has a targeted completion date of Q2 2024. SV12x will be strategically located within Equinix's Great Oaks campus alongside the company's four existing Silicon Valley data centers.
