The AVAIO Pittsburg Campus, also known as the Perseus Data Center Project, is a state-of-the-art hyperscale data center campus located in Pittsburg, California. This 76-acre campus is designed to meet the growing demands of cloud service providers (CSPs) and high-performance computing (HPC) and AI data centers.

The campus will feature a 92 MW data center facility, which will begin construction in 2025 and is expected to be fully operational by 2027. The Perseus facility exemplifies AVAIO Digital's commitment to sustainability, with over 90% of the grid power sourced from zero-carbon sources and 100% of its cooling and non-potable water needs met by recycled water. The facility will also incorporate on-site solar power and biofuels for its backup generators.

Strategically located approximately 45 miles from San Francisco and 60 miles from Santa Clara, the AVAIO Pittsburg Campus offers a cost-competitive and sustainable alternative to data centers in the region. The project represents a significant investment in the community, with an estimated $800 million in development costs and promises substantial economic benefits for the City of Pittsburg and the greater East Bay.
