NYGC Loyalton is a next-generation AI Factory data center located at 100 Railroad Ave, Loyalton, California, USA. The facility is powered by an 18 MW biomass-based primary energy source, which is being refurbished and upgraded into a cogeneration plant to produce both electricity and biochar. 

Complementing the biomass plant is a 72 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) designed to ensure energy reliability and facilitate load balancing. The 10 MW AI-powered data center leverages this on-site renewable energy infrastructure. 

The project includes integration with the CAISO grid for energy distribution and market participation. A Technical Feasibility Study has been completed, with a Preliminary Business Plan and Fiber Network Deployment currently in progress.
