DataBank LAX2 - Vernon

Goodman's LAX01 Vernon data center is a state-of-the-art facility under construction in Vernon, California. Spanning a 5.6-acre site, this three-level data center will offer 49.5 MW of total capacity, with 32 MW dedicated to critical IT operations. Strategically located just four miles from Downtown Los Angeles and the One Wilshire network hub, it provides ultra-low latency of 0.35 milliseconds Round-Trip Time (RTT). Designed for scalability and resilience, the facility features a dual-fed redundant power supply and access to a robust ecosystem of fiber carriers and service providers. Expected to be powered shell-ready by mid-2026, the Goodman LAX01 Vernon data center is set to meet the growing demands of hyperscale and colocation customers in the Los Angeles metro area.
