Key infrastructure includes a 5 MW dedicated substation fed from two grids, two 1,250 KW Cummins backup generators with space for two additional units, and two 15,000-gallon underground fuel tanks. It also features a 580-ton N+1 chiller plant, hot aisle containment, 48" deep cabinets, and pre-action fire suppression. DC power is available. Expansion is available on the 5th floor, with the 6th floor also utilized.
