Technical support is available 24x7 via our network operations center featuring monitoring of all aspects of our facility/network, CCTV monitoring, entry access monitoring and on-site technical staff.

Physical access is controlled via a triple combination of biometric scan, encrypted proximity card and matching pin code. All access entries for each entry point are logged to the corresponding camera views on our CCTV system with no blind spots.

Through our parent company Subrigo Corporation we offer a combination of standard,  premium and VoIP optimized internet bandwidth featuring performance metrics based eBGP routing, iBGP/OSPF internal routing with VRRP controlled redundant hardware and direct peering to more than fourty providers across four edge upstream routers.
