AVAIO Digital Leo is a significant data center development located in Wrightsville, Arkansas, near Little Rock. This expansive 760-acre campus is poised to become a major hub for data center capacity, with plans for up to 1GW of power. The initial phase involves a $6 billion investment and is contracted for 150MW of power from Entergy Arkansas. This development represents the largest economic investment in Arkansas' history, with a projected total investment of over $21 billion through full development, aiming to establish Arkansas as a leading technology state.
