Stream DC Phoenix III is a data center facility within the Stream DC Phoenix I–VII Campus, located in Goodyear, Arizona. The 157-acre campus is one of the largest data center developments in the region and is designed to support rapid deployment of build-to-suit, mega-scale, and custom data center projects.
The Phoenix I–VII Campus is supported by a dedicated on-site APS substation with an ultimate power capacity of 480MW. The campus's electrical infrastructure is designed to achieve 99.999% reliability, providing a resilient power environment for large-scale digital infrastructure deployments.
Phoenix III benefits from the campus's network-rich environment, with access to a diverse range of local, long-haul, and dark fiber providers, including Cogent, COX, Crown Castle, Lumen, Spring, Uniti Fiber, Windstream, and Zayo. The campus provides sub-2ms latency to major carrier hotels and is located less than 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
The campus is operated by a dedicated team of Stream employees and is designed to provide scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure for hyperscale and enterprise customers across the Southwest.
