NTT Elliot Road Campus

The NTT Elliot Road Campus, located in Mesa, Arizona, is a significant data center development in the Phoenix market. Originally planned as a 240MW, 102-acre campus with seven buildings, the design has been revised. Buildings six and seven will now be combined into a single 195,400 sq ft (18,153 sqm) structure, resulting in a total of six buildings on the campus. This two-story facility, designed by Corgan with engineering by Colliers Engineering & Design, will maintain existing building heights and feature administrative blocks oriented for enhanced street and park facades. The campus is strategically positioned in a market known for its connectivity, power reliability, and affordability, making it ideal for enterprises requiring high-speed, low-latency data processing and storage. With infrastructure capable of supporting high-density AI workloads, the Elliot Road Campus offers substantial scalability and reliability for clients.
