Iron Mountain's Phoenix Campus, located at 615 North 48th Street and 4802 East Van Buren Street in Phoenix, Arizona, is a major data center campus spanning 39 acres and offering more than 1 million square feet of total space. The campus currently includes multiple facilities, with AZP-1 and AZP-2 delivering a combined 89MW of capacity.
Notably, AZP-1 and AZP-2 became North America’s first BREEAM design-certified data center facilities, emphasizing sustainable design and energy efficiency. Strategically located approximately 10 minutes east of downtown Phoenix, the campus provides strong power availability and interconnection opportunities for enterprises, service providers, and hyperscale cloud customers. A third facility, AZP-3, is currently under development.
