Comarch Mesa

Comarch Mesa is a purpose-built data center facility located in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The site features 32,000 total square feet, including 16,000 square feet of raised floor space with a capacity for 320 racks. It supports power densities up to 12kW per rack and maintains 2N redundancy across UPS, PDU, and generator systems, supported by 72-hour on-site fuel storage.

The facility is carrier-neutral with two meet-me-rooms and diverse fiber entry points. Security protocols include a fenced campus, 24/7 CCTV, mantraps, and three-factor authentication involving biometric scans. Designed to Tier III standards, the data center holds SOC 1, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 certifications.

In addition to hosting and managed services, the site includes Class A office space, conference rooms, and disaster recovery work seats. The location is selected for its low risk of natural disasters and proximity to major technology infrastructure.
