The facility boasts 6,500 square feet of technical space, accommodating up to 300 racks, allowing organizations to scale their infrastructure as needed. It features an impressive PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) of 1.14, utilizing an EcoCooling evaporative cooling system to maintain optimal temperatures while minimizing energy consumption. Committed to sustainability, the data center operates on 100% renewable energy.

Security and resilience are paramount at the Redcentric Byfleet Data Centre. The ISO 27001 certified facility includes 24/7/365 manned security, CCTV surveillance, and proximity and card access control. Redundancy is built into the system with an N+1 UPS setup, and an FM-200 gas fire suppression system ensures safety in emergencies.

The data center is carrier-neutral, providing access to a diverse network ecosystem with redundant feeds to racks for fast and reliable communications.
