Elevate Quarter DC2

Reef Origin, in joint venture with UBS, has secured planning consent for two new data centers at Elevate Quarter Campus in Stevenage, United Kingdom. This development is part of a 30-acre Life Science and Knowledge Campus situated within a key innovation cluster. The project aims to deliver next-generation digital infrastructure, including advanced data centre capacity and supercomputing capabilities, to bolster the region's life science, research, and technology sectors. The wider site has a total capacity of 110MW and is located approximately 40km from Central London, within the London Public Cloud Region. Power upgrade works are underway, with a 24 MVA supply scheduled for Q1 2027. Construction is expected to commence later this year. The co-location of these data centers is intended to place Stevenage at the forefront of life science innovation in the UK by providing high-quality processing power for research and technology companies.
