Pulsant Fareham

SSE Telecom (a subsidiary of Scottish and Southern Energy plc) acquired the data center business from Cantono Data Centre Services Limited in May 2009 for a total cash consideration of £4.85 million.

Rigby Group acquired SSE's Hampshire facility in 2014 for £12m. ts technology arm, SCC, took control of the Fareham-based data center.

On March 23rd 2025, Pulsant announced the acquisition of two data centres from SCC, located in Birmingham and Fareham
