Telehouse West Two is a new 33MW data center facility being developed by Telehouse Europe at its Docklands campus in East London, United Kingdom.
The nine-storey building will span a gross area of 32,000 sqm, featuring 11,290 sqm of white space distributed across six floors. Each floor will provide 4.4MW of power capacity.
With an investment of £275 million ($370 million), the project is scheduled for completion in 2028. Telehouse West Two is designed to support digital transformation for enterprise clients, emphasizing energy efficiency and carbon neutrality. The facility will incorporate both air and liquid cooling systems, two meet-me rooms, and four dedicated connectivity risers. Backup generators will utilize HVO fuel.
Telehouse, owned by KDDI, has a global presence and is known for its carrier-neutral data center operations.
