SEGRO Iver Data Center Park is a proposed 65,000 sqm (700,000 sq ft) data center development located in Thorney Business Park, Iver, United Kingdom. The project, spearheaded by data center shell provider Segro, includes plans for an initial facility (DC1) with three stories of data halls and rooftop cooling equipment, along with potential for two additional buildings (DC2 and DC3).

The development aims to redevelop part of the existing industrial site, balancing technical constraints with landscape considerations to create a data center complex. The design emphasizes careful selection of materials and refined detailing, with conceptual ideas drawing inspiration from the curved profiles of nearby electric trains and the modular nature of computer racks.

Segro highlights that this data center proposal will significantly reduce heavy goods vehicle (HGV) movements from the site, offering a reduction in noise and disturbance compared to the previous heavy industrial uses. The site's history includes use as a gravel pit, a cement works, and currently hosts various industrial businesses. The development will include new access roads, parking, landscaping, and power distribution infrastructure.
