The London Technology Centre features highly resilient N+N or better redundancy, granting access to multiple communications providers and ensuring Redcentric staff are on-site 24/7/365. Additional amenities include roof space for satellite communications, rest areas with comfort seating, kitchens, dining areas, and meeting and conference rooms. Security is paramount, with 24/7/365 CCTV monitoring, intruder and door alarms, a securely managed loading bay, and a proximity access control system.

Cooling systems maintain minimum N+1 redundancy on the chilled water cooling system, with temperature and humidity levels meticulously controlled. Power infrastructure includes two separate mains feeds from the utility provider, N+1 redundancy to the data center, diverse A & B supply to each cabinet, and UPS units supported by diesel backup generators with 72 hours of fuel stored on-site. Fire protection systems include analogue addressable fire detection, VESDA systems, dry pipe double knock sprinkler systems, and Inergen gas protection in electrical plant room areas.
