PureDC Park Royal

Pure DC and Segro have partnered to develop a 56MW data center in Park Royal, West London. The facility will be built on Premier Park Road, an industrial site owned by Segro, and will span 30,000 square meters. The project is expected to be leased to a hyperscale tenant upon completion.

Segro will provide the land and carry out remedial work to prepare the site, which currently houses a vacant warehouse. Pure DC has secured 70MVA of power from the grid, ensuring the facility can support high-density workloads. The data center will also feature a closed-loop water system to minimize its impact on the local water supply.

This marks Segro’s first fully fitted data center development, expanding its presence beyond powered shells. Pure DC, backed by Oaktree Capital, has over 500MW of IT capacity in development or operation across multiple global markets. The UK government has welcomed the project, highlighting its role in strengthening Britain’s digital infrastructure.
