Zenium Data Center London One will offer 2,150 sq m of technical space on the ground floor and will be available from January 2017. The First Floor will be developed for occupancy thereafter, and will provide a further 2,150 sq m of technical space.

Each floor is planned to provide four data halls of 537.5 m2 / 5,785 ft2 with 1.125 MW of IT load. However, we have the flexibility to provide space to accommodate each individual customer’s exact requirements. In addition there will be A+B Meet Me Rooms to provide diverse fibre connectivity.

The critical A&B plantrooms will be located at the rear of the building containing the switchgear and UPS systems to allow for direct and secure connection of power to the racks in the data hall.

Indirect Adiabatic Cooling Units will be housed internally supplying the data halls on each floor. These cooling units supply conditioned air directly into the data halls utilizing hot aisle containment with a return air plenum.

The facility benefits from two storeys of offices at the front of the building. The ground floor will house the reception and security office to manage access to the building, plus the facilities management office to provide maintenance services. In addition there is space for client stores on the ground floor and offices on the first floor.

The delivery bay and a 3 tonne goods lift will be located at the rear of the building allowing secure access to the data halls. Parking for the site is at the front of the site with direct access to the main reception.
