KAO Data

Kao Data Park Royal, located on the former Frogmore Industrial Estate in Park Royal, West London, is a new data center campus being developed by Kao Data. The 4.7-acre site was acquired in March 2026. While full development details are pending, Kao has indicated the data center is slated to become operational in 2029. Previous plans for the site included a 35,000 sqm facility with on-site solar power. Kao Data, a UK operator owned by Infratil, Legal & General, and Goldacre, has a growing portfolio of data centers across the UK, including Harlow and Manchester, with a total IT load exceeding 160MW.
