GTR ITE Campus

Global Technical Realty (GTR) is developing a significant data center campus at the Southall Way Industrial Estate in Southall, London, United Kingdom. The site, formerly a jam factory, will be redeveloped into a four-building complex offering 156,804 sqm (1.6 million sq ft) of floor space, along with office areas and a central pavilion. The project, approved by Ealing Council, was acquired by GTR for £315 million. This development is expected to generate substantial local employment, creating 460 construction jobs annually and 1,120 permanent operational roles. GTR has also committed significant funding towards local skills training, economic management, and flood risk mitigation. Southall is situated in West London, a key market for data centers in the UK.
