Visit WebsiteThe Graven Hill Campus, proposed by Graven Hill Purchaser Ltd. near Bicester, United Kingdom, is a large-scale data center development spanning 104,008 sq m. The project includes eight data centre buildings, each designed to accommodate significant IT infrastructure with a maximum utility capacity of 435MW and an IT capacity of 290MW. The site, formerly used by the Ministry of Defence, also features plans for a substation. Outline planning permission was granted in October 2023, with a detailed application submitted in December 2025. If approved, the operational facility is anticipated to create between 500 and 800 jobs. The development addresses the growing demand for IT infrastructure services and the recognition of data centres as 'critical national infrastructure'.
