Colt Data Centre Services

Colt London 5 is a planned 31.5MW hyperscale data centre development located on Colt DCS's London Hayes Campus in Hayes, United Kingdom. Upon completion, this facility will provide 31.5MW of IT power across five 1,000m2 data halls, with a total of 5,000m2 of customer space.

The data centre is designed to accommodate both standard compute and high-power density AI infrastructure requirements. A key feature is its ability to utilize waste heat to support local community heating needs, contributing to sustainability efforts.

Situated in west London, the Hayes campus benefits from proximity to the Slough data centre hub and is approximately 15 minutes from London Heathrow Airport, offering excellent accessibility for international customers. The campus provides fibre connectivity from multiple providers with low latency, diverse routing to other data centres in the London metro area and beyond.
