Visit WebsiteThe Colt London Hayes Campus, located in Hayes, United Kingdom, is a major hyperscale data center campus developed by Colt Data Centre Services. Designed to support the growing demand for cloud, AI, and high-performance computing workloads, the campus is planned to provide up to 160MW of IT capacity upon full build-out.
Colt London 4 Data Centre is the first facility under development, designed to Tier III specifications and planned to deliver 31MW of IT capacity across five floors. Future phases include Colt London 5, which will provide 31.5MW of IT capacity across 5,000m² of data hall space, supporting both traditional compute and high-density AI deployments. The facility is also designed to enable waste heat recovery for local community heating.
The campus will continue to expand with additional data center facilities, bringing total planned IT capacity to 160MW. Future developments include London 6, London 7, and London 8, with construction expected to begin in 2026 and the first phase scheduled for completion in 2028.
The Hayes Campus is designed with resilient infrastructure, diverse fiber connectivity, and a strong focus on sustainability through renewable energy. Located near central London and London Heathrow Airport, it provides low-latency connectivity and excellent access to domestic and international networks.
