BE Slough is a Tier III-equivalent data centre wholly owned and operated by The BE Company, located in the heart of Slough’s renowned data centre corridor. Purpose-built for AI model training, enterprise compute, and latency-sensitive applications, the facility delivers 1.2 MW of IT load across two 5,000 sq. ft data halls, with expansion potential to 2 MW. Designed for resilience and sustainability, it operates on 100% renewable power with a design PUE of ≤1.5. The infrastructure includes 2N power redundancy, N+1 chilled water cooling, and 2N in-room CRACs, with three-day generator autonomy.

The facility offers secure cages and cabinets, full biometric access controls, real-time monitoring, and carrier-neutral connectivity via BE-owned dark fibre. With proximity to Slough Central Station and sub-2ms latency to London, BE Slough is ideal for clients seeking a compliant, high-density, and future-ready environment.
