The ADA London Docklands Campus, located in Silvertown, United Kingdom, is a significant 210MW data center development under construction. This flagship campus is strategically positioned to meet the escalating demands of hyperscale, cloud, and AI/ML workloads within one of Europe's most capacity-constrained markets. The development emphasizes sustainability through low-carbon building materials, a district heating system interconnection, and a commitment to environmental, health, and safety programs. It features three 70 MW data center buildings, each with up to five floors of data halls. The campus boasts a designed PUE of 1.2 (annualized average) and WUE=0, with 100% clean energy enablement and dual-fed on-site substations securing 300 MVA power. It is also high-density AI hardware capable and liquid cooling ready, utilizing Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (HVO) for backup generators. Beyond its technical capabilities, the campus is designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent and WELL Silver ratings, with landscaping aimed at net-positive impacts on the community and local ecosystems. Ada Infrastructure actively engages with community partners to foster local social, educational, and economic opportunities, including an on-site multi-purpose building for community engagement. Rigorous physical and cybersecurity protocols are in place, including ISO27001, SOC2, and PCI-DSS certifications, 24/7/365 onsite security personnel, and multifactor access controls.
