Greystoke

Greystoke Land is planning a 98-megawatt data center campus in Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire, just outside London. The project will involve demolishing existing structures on a 33-hectare site to make way for two large data center buildings, spanning 84,000 square meters (904,170 sq ft).

The campus will include ancillary offices, emergency backup generators, and fuel storage, along with a 300-square-meter innovation, education, and training center. While the site is currently greenfield land within the Metropolitan Green Belt, Greystoke Land aims to develop a 21-hectare country park as part of the project.
