While specific capacity and opening dates are not yet revealed, the data center is described as "high density." Power will be sourced from multiple providers, with potential connectivity to the HyNet program for hydrogen energy. The project is anticipated to be a significant driver of economic growth for Warrington, with an intention to utilize local supply chains.
