Conesby Data Centre 1

The Conesby Data Centre Campus, developed by Rivington Energy, is an AI data centre facility located off Normanby Road in Scunthorpe, United Kingdom. The campus will feature state-of-the-art data centres, with a planned adjacent solar farm of up to 33MW to provide a cost-effective and resilient energy supply. The project aims to support the Northern Lincolnshire AI Growth Zone, creating 400-600 jobs during construction and approximately 14 long-term operational roles. The data centre buildings are designed to be approximately 26 metres in height, with individual footprints of around 12,500m². The campus will incorporate a Landscaping Plan and a Biodiversity Net Gain Plan, and the data centres will utilize closed-loop cooling systems with minimal water requirements. Construction is anticipated to take 9 to 12 months.
