AI Pathfinder

AI Pathfinder is launching a major AI infrastructure project in North Ayrshire, Scotland, with operations set to begin in 2026. The facility will be located in the i3 area of Irvine and is part of a broader £15 billion investment plan across West Scotland.

The site will initially deliver 1GW of capacity, with future expansion potential up to 1.5GW. A large deployment of GPUs is planned for the first phase, positioning the facility as one of Europe’s largest AI hubs.
