Operational since 2011, it’s engineered for Tier III resilience and supports synchronous replication to London, making it ideal for enterprise workloads and AI applications.

Spread over 36 acres, Cody Park is built using sustainable off-site modular steel architecture and delivers sub-1.3 PUE efficiency. Its phased deployment model minimizes disruption and accelerates scalability, enabling rapid response to evolving infrastructure demands with minimal environmental impact.

Advanced cooling solutions include direct air, indirect air, and liquid cooling technologies, tailored to high-density, precision environments.
