The London East Data Centre, located in Thurrock, Essex, is a Tier 3 facility designed and operated to meet high industry standards. Spanning a total technical area of 5,100 m², it features four technical halls with a combined technical floor capacity of 4,641 kW. The center is equipped with robust infrastructure, including N+1 redundancy for IT power, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, and 13 standby generators with on-site fuel storage for over 48 hours of full-load operation.

The facility ensures optimal environmental conditions with advanced cooling systems, maintaining temperatures between 18°C and 27°C and relative humidity of 30% to 70%. Security is a top priority, with biometric access controls, 125 internal and external CCTV cameras, and a dedicated 24/7 security team. Additionally, the data center is certified with the Management and Operation stamp of approval by The Uptime Institute, reflecting its commitment to reliability and efficiency.
