Latos is set to make a significant impact with its new 90MW data center development in Cardiff, Wales. This hyperscale complex will feature three eight-story facilities, delivering a total of 90MVA across 50,400 square meters of floor space. The site, previously a non-domestic landfill, will be transformed into a cutting-edge data center powered by the National Grid and supported by the neighboring 1,000MW Tremorfa Energy Park battery energy storage facility.
The development is expected to create over 1,000 jobs during construction and between 250-300 roles in the local supply chain.
