Security measures at the data center include CCTV surveillance, 24/7/365 monitoring from the head office-based NOC, a self-contained facility, and compliance with PCI DSS for physical hosting services. Processes and procedures are certified under ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards. Fire protection is ensured with an FM-200 fire extinguishing agent, while cooling systems offer air cooling with close control downflow or traditional multi-unit air cooling.
