Deep Green Bradford

Deep Green has proposed a 5MW data center in Bradford, West Yorkshire, adjacent to the under-construction Bradford Energy Centre. The two-story facility will span approximately 1,275 square meters and include four data halls supported by diesel generators and dry air coolers. The development is part of a broader effort to integrate digital infrastructure with local energy networks.

The data center is designed to contribute roughly 5MW of waste heat to the Bradford Energy Network, operated by 1Energy. This will support the district heating initiative planned to launch next year, which aims to heat the equivalent of around 10,000 homes. The heat exchange connection between the data center and energy center will be facilitated by a separate water source heat pump building.
