Quest Park Data Campus, developed by Quest Pit Ltd, is a significant data center development located on a 143-acre site in Bedfordshire, United Kingdom. Situated approximately 35 minutes from central London, the campus benefits from a strategic location on the UK's emerging compute corridor. A key differentiator is its secured power strategy, combining a grid connection with an on-site gas-powered prime-power and microgrid solution, aiming for a long-term capability of around 1GW. The site features a contiguous 72-acre plot with an existing June 2024 Class B8 consent for 1.5 million sq ft, providing a planning head start. Designated as a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project (NSIP), Quest Park is pursuing a single integrated Development Consent Order. The campus is designed to accommodate four data halls and includes a STEM training center. It is projected to create significant net additional jobs nationally and contribute substantial Gross Value Added (GVA) to the economy annually. The project is expected to have its first operational halls by approximately 2030.
