Red Haven İzmir Veri Merkezi

The Red Haven İzmir Veri Merkezi, located in Gaziemir/İzmir, Turkey, is a significant data center project developed through a joint venture between DAMAC Digital and Vodafone Turkey. This carrier-neutral facility is being built to Tier III standards and is set to go live in Q1 2025. Initially, it will offer 6MW of power across 13,500 sqm, with the capacity to expand to 12MW. A key feature of the data center is its seismic isolation system, designed to protect sensitive equipment during earthquakes. Serban is undertaking the design and construction, including MEP and data hall infrastructure, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. The project aims to strengthen the digital infrastructure of the region and the country, leveraging Izmir's strategic geographical location for international data connections. This facility is poised to be one of the largest and most advanced data centers in the Aegean Region, catering to increasing data processing and storage needs and attracting international investment.
