Greenhouse Datacenters’ DC3 is a newly opened Tier 3 colocation facility in the Rotterdam/The Hague region, strategically located near the company’s existing DC1 and DC2 sites. Designed with a total capacity of 2.4 MW, it offers customers scalable, future‑proof infrastructure in an area free from the expansion restrictions seen in Amsterdam, with abundant power availability to support growing IT demands.

The facility features a highly redundant 2N+1 UPS configuration and dual‑ring cooling circuits, achieving resilience levels that meet or exceed certain Tier 4 design standards. Its modular architecture allows clients to start small and expand as needed, while in‑house engineering expertise ensures 24/7 operational support. Intelligent DCIM technology creates a digital twin of the data center, enabling proactive monitoring, early issue detection, and cost‑efficient operations.

Sustainability is central to DC3’s design, with a market‑leading PUE of 1.15, an exceptionally low WUE of 0.380 liters/kWh, and operation on 100% Dutch wind energy backed by certificates of origin. Combined with ISO 14001 certification, the site delivers both high performance and strong environmental credentials, offering colocation clients a secure, efficient, and climate‑responsible hosting environment.
