K2 Data Centres BKK31-32 is a significant data center facility located in the WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 4, Rayong, Thailand. The campus spans 32.8 acres and is designed to deliver a total capacity of 50 MW. The facility comprises 16 data halls, with a dedicated data hall space of 9,280m². Engineered to meet TIER III uptime standards, it boasts a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of less than 1.4x and a Water Usage Effectiveness (WUE) of less than 2.05. The data center features a sophisticated air and liquid hybrid cooling technology. It is built for full carrier neutrality, offering diverse network entry points to ensure robust connectivity. The grid power connection is supplied at 115kV.
