DayOne Chonburi Tech Park is a significant data center campus situated in the Amata City Chonburi Industrial Park, within Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
The campus is developed on an 115,668 m² freehold site and is designed to house three data center buildings: Building A, Building B1+B2, and Building C.
With a total gross floor area of 122,900 m² and 48,630 m² dedicated to data halls, the facility is engineered to deliver a substantial 133.6 MW of total IT capacity. This capacity will be supported by 180 MW of grid power.
Phase 1 of the development is set to provide 96.8 MW of IT capacity, with service readiness expected between Q1 and Q2 2026. Phase 2 will add an additional 36.8 MW, with Building C scheduled for completion in Q4 2026.
Furthermore, a future expansion, referred to as CTP2, is planned as a distinct development at the campus level, indicating long-term growth potential.
