Bridge Data Centres, backed by Bain Capital, has broken ground on its latest hyperscale facility, QHI01, in Chonburi, Thailand. Strategically located south of Bangkok, this site is poised to deliver up to 200MW of capacity at full buildout, reflecting the region’s rising demand for advanced cloud and AI workloads.

QHI01 is designed to meet the requirements of hyperscalers and international cloud providers. It aligns with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, promoting energy efficiency, community engagement, and long-term economic value. The development is part of a broader $2.8 billion financing initiative aimed at scaling hyperscale campuses across Southeast Asia.

This project marks a major milestone in Bridge Data Centres’ international expansion, reinforcing its position as a leading enabler of digital infrastructure across Asia. With a presence already established in Malaysia and Bangkok, the company continues to deepen its footprint in high-growth markets, contributing to regional innovation and resilience.
