This facility spans 843+ square meters across 8 floors and 1 basement level, supporting 200 racks. Rack formats include 45U (120×60 cm) and 42U (100×60 cm). Raised floor height is 45 cm, with a floor loading capacity of 500–700 kg/m². The building is rated for seismic resistance between 250 and 400 gal.

Power systems include N+1 diesel generators and N+1 UPS architecture. Standard racks are provisioned with 3kW primary and redundant power. Fuel reserves support up to 58 hours of generator runtime depending on load. Rack PDUs support NEMA 5-15R and L6-30R configurations.

Security includes 24/7 staffing, biometric and card access control, and continuous surveillance. Entrance/exit footage is retained for six months, and other areas for three. Fire protection includes VESDA detection and INERGEN/FM200 suppression systems.

Connectivity is anchored by HiNet Dedicated Internet Access. The facility offers two entry points with diverse in-building paths. Carrier access is available via project application. Cloud access is not listed, but 24/7 Smart Hands support is available.
