Power systems include N+1 diesel generators and 2N UPS architecture. Standard racks are provisioned with 2kW primary power. Fuel reserves support up to 36 hours of generator runtime depending on load. Rack PDUs support 5-20R configurations.

Security includes 24/7 staffing, key card access, and continuous surveillance. Entrance/exit footage is retained for six months, and other areas for three. Fire protection uses ICAM detection and Inergen suppression.

Connectivity is anchored by HiNet backbone nodes and FTTB. The facility has a single entry point with internal path diversity. Cloud access is not listed, but Smart Hands support is available 24/7.
