This facility spans 727+ square meters across 4 floors, supporting 100 racks. Rack formats include 45U (120×60 cm) and 42U (100×60 cm). Raised floor height is 30 cm, with a floor loading capacity of 500 kg/m².

Power systems include N+1 diesel generators and 2N UPS architecture. Standard racks are provisioned with 2kW primary and redundant power. Fuel reserves support up to 48 hours of generator runtime depending on load. Rack PDUs support NEMA L5-30R and L6-30R configurations.

Security includes staffed coverage during business hours (5×8), key card access control, and 24-hour surveillance. Entrance/exit footage is retained for six months, and other areas for three. Fire protection includes VESDA detection and NAF suppression systems.

Connectivity is anchored by HiNet backbone nodes. The facility offers two entry points with diverse in-building paths. Carrier access is available via project application. Smart Hands support is available during business hours (5×8).
